What is Health and Wellbeing Coaching?
Many things in life can make us feel unwell and a medical prescription is not always the answer.
We look at ‘what matters TO you’ NOT ‘what’s the matter WITH you’
Health and Wellbeing Coaching aims to help you take control of your own health and wellbeing, empowering you to set and achieve goals by looking at what matters most to you.
How does Health and Wellbeing Coaching work?
Health and Wellbeing Coaching is a non-clinical service of 6-8 sessions, each session lasts around 45 minutes.
Together, we look at overcoming the barriers you feel may be preventing you losing weight, eating healthier, increasing physical activity, cutting back on alcohol or giving up smoking. Your coach will work alongside you to explore your options and decide what might work for you. If you decide to make a change, we can develop a plan to help you take the next steps.
We focus on what’s important to you, empowering you to set achievable, realistic goals, supporting you to actively engage with your own health and wellbeing.
