Please nominate your preferred pharmacy for this service.
Repeat prescriptions must be ordered in writing, using the re-order list on the counterfoil of your last prescription, so do keep them safely. These can be reprinted on request if you have lost one. If you cannot make a personal visit, you can send a stamped-addressed envelope or ask for the prescription to be handed to the pharmacy for delivery.
Please use the repeat prescription RED BOX provided on the wall in reception. Please do not hand in your prescription at the desk, as this could cause delays.
Because of Covid risk, we would advice you to register for online services and request it through patient access.
New users are required to complete a simple registration.
Hospital prescriptions which are non-urgent are available within the time stated on the request (usually 7 days).
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow upto three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
