antenatal

Ante-natal clinic

Provided by the midwife.

Asthma/COPD clinic

Provided by Dr Read, nurse and healthcare assistant. If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete the Asthma Review form.

Child health and immunisation clinic

Provided by a nurse or health visitor. Development and health checks are performed by health visitors and doctors. We recommend full immunisation for all pre-school children.

Diabetes Clinic

Provided by Dr Suresh and Diabetic Nurse Kate Hodgetts.

Community Health Care Worker

By referral.

Family planning

Provided by Dr Yu. We fit coils (IUD, Mirena) and implants (Nexplanon). Please book an appointment to discuss first. You can book with any GP to discuss about your contraceptive needs or to start a pill. If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete the Contraceptive Pill Review form.

Minor surgery

Provided by Dr Yu with Tracey or Paige – Friday mornings.
